Relaxing Reiki Healing Session

What is a Reiki Healing Session?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

How to prepare for your session?
Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing. Try not to eat a big meal right before, so you can fully relax.

What should you expect?

To feel relaxed! People experience many different things during a Reiki session, but the most common response is that they feel mentally and physically relaxed. Besides the immediate experience of the Reiki, you may notice other changes that continue to unfold as the day goes on: perhaps stronger digestion, a sense of being more centered and less reactive, sleeping more deeply that night and vivid dreams. The effects of Reiki are cumulative and people usually have progressively deeper experiences if they continue.

Nicole Fey is a Certified Reiki Master. She was trained and certified in the Unlimited Reiki System​ in New York City by Dr. Mickaelle Menos. She has taught Reiki throughout the United States and has been a practitioner since 1997.  

Private Yoga Session

What to expect from this yoga session?
Mental and Emotional balance! I teach Kundalini Yoga which combines conscious breathing, simple postures, meditation,  stretching,  rhythm, and sound to affect one's metabolism. Kundalini yoga is great for balancing brain chemistry, regulating metabolism, detoxifying the body, and strengthening the nervous system. This yoga is wonderfully beneficial for beginners as well as seasoned yogis.

Kundalini Yoga is referred to as the Yoga of Awareness.  Over 5,000 years old, Kundalini Yoga is a technology for maintaining balance in body, mind, and spirit. In 1969, Yogi Bhajan introduced Kundalini yoga to the United States and today it is practiced around the world.

Nicole will meet you where you are with your yoga practice. Even if you have never done yoga before, you will find this session relaxing with techniques and postures to take home and practice at home.

Nicole Fey is a K.R.I Certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and completed her 200-hour training in New York City in 2007. Since healing her own chronic back pain, anxiety and depression through Kundalini yoga, she is passionate about sharing this powerfully transformative practice with everyone!

Juice Cleanse Session

Nicole will bring you through a juicing session, teaching you the basics from selecting produce for your personal recipe, cleaning and preparing the produce, and juicing your delicious, fresh, organic juice! We will go over tips for cleansing your system on a daily basis.

Nicole Fey, author of The Ultimate Juicing & Holistic Health Program and developer of the Yuicing App (6-week Juice & Yoga program), loves teaching people how to easily integrate a juicing habit into their daily lives.

Clean Eating Holiday Meal Planning Session

Do you start the holidays with the best of intentions for eating well only to succumb to every craving and every sweet treat that is put in front of you?
