This book helped me get started on a juicing program - something I've always wanted to do. It's actually pretty easy, when you have a system in place. I love the recipes. I really needed them to get started, because I had no idea what would taste good. I like the tips Nicole gives about how to make the juice taste better, because I really did not like vegetables that much to begin with. I also like all the little educational sidenotes about how juicing is benefiting my body. And mostly I really liked the 60 day Juice & Yoga Cleanse that was included. Reviewed in the United States on March 2, 2016 Verified Purchase I had been wanting to begin a Juicing program for a long time. I did not know the best way to combine different fruits and veggies. This book is wonderful because it shares amazing, easy ways to Juice and the best ways to combine them. I knew Juicing would benefit my health and in this book Nicole explains how and why it works. The recipes include combinations that will help with energy, boost the immune system, help detox and much more. Nicole has added different Yoga poses, followed by pictures, that anyone can do along with starting a Juicing program for ultimate health. Since I bought the book I have been enjoying Juicing and Yoga and feeling better than I ever have. I have read many books on Juicing and Yoga and this is the best. Happy Juicing....
